Why does card factory not do high end cards as well as cheaper cards. Seems to me there is a whole market out there not tapped into.

I was in card factory yesterday looking for Christmas cards for daughter and gran daughter. But the cards was cheap looking.my question is. Why do card factory not do a cheap card range and a higher end range.
