I would imagine the overall lease cost per barrel will have to be agreed somewhere around $7 reduced from the $10 per barrel if Bumi cannot the lift the production rates of the Armada to wells capability. Its not to much of a issue to be honest as a reduced plateau level will prolong Kraken's decline rates. We will soon find out once acceptance is agreed, But you can bet your bottom dollar AB will be very aggressive over that negotiating table.

One other consideration is what we are paying Bumi per barrel for the Armada ?

L3 - Do you really think Moody’s would have upgraded Enq a few months ago if they thought the October payment wouldn’t be satisfied?
