Team just a little more patience required I feel.
I know the management were as frustrated at the share price in Q4 as we all were despite the constant flow of good news. I'm slightly surprised that there has been no update on the financing of the 'acquisition' as per the 20th December RNS. However maybe... just maybe... any potential suitor has seen enough from the 26-2 Production test that something bigger is being worked on. There is no doubt that the White Sands Federal Unit that has consolidated over 20 separate lease into one land agreement (Including the Cane creek of course) means there is one nice neat package ready to be sold (which I believe it will be at some point).
I have not sold any shares since I started accumulating in Jan 2021 and feel that the Sproule CPR (which is due anytime within 60 days of the 8th December )will be the catalyst for significant returns and a re-rate.

Thank you Tim. I really appreciate your considered comments on both this board, Twitter and the Telegram group. Patience is key for genuine investors. The potential of the asset coupled with the track record of the BOD means whatever strategy they are pursuing ensures I’m delighted to remain. I think things will move even faster after the CPR which I too believe will be with us before the end of Jan.
Yes I look how far we’ve come since the start of 2021 but I’m salivating at the prospect of where we will be at the end of 2022!

Figures and a future that none of us could have really have believed was possible. The reason behind Colin’s smile on all those video interviews is now just beginning to be understood. Well done all LTHs! The Christmas party can now begin although the ‘CPR within 60 days’ will be even bigger!!

So much work has been going on by Colin and the BOD.
This news is exceptional and from a first read of the RNS makes clear no dilution for shareholders, the BOD are extremely confident about development of the Paradox and we have snaffled assets that will be producing considerable cash for some time to come. Still not selling...

CH is very good at email, as we know, so I look forward to his reply. I’m holding strong (as I have all year) and have my eyes set firmly on the CPR (this side of Xmas) and what I think will be a development plan that I hope will ‘blow the bloody doors off!’
I’m sorry there’s been a touch of angst on the board this week. Share prices never go up in a straight line, consistent positive news ensures that it does and I have no doubt whatsoever that for the patient this year will end extremely happily.

Flow rates from initial production testing in state 16-2 due within a ‘few weeks’ of the 25th October. Imminent.
Other news from non-operated wells (new acquisitions, flow rates, updated income) due anytime.
Updated CPR this side of Christmas.

Another very good week in 'Project Zephyr.' Today's RNS is all part of a considered plan, which I imagine we will understand more about before Christmas (sadly not before 8th November thebhoys!) How very exciting for all of us.
I was wondering how long a CPR would take now that Colin says they have 'immediately commissioned an updated' one. Scrolling back through RNS' I was reminded Gaffney Cline prepared the last CPR for Zephyr (back in the bad old days under the previous name that is never to be mentioned on this board) in June 2018 which was then quoted in the RNS of the 11th Feb 2021.
Interesting that even back in Feb the board thought from a side track lateral side from 16-2 the initial gross oil production rate would be 780 barrels of oil per day. Thats the figure we should be north of when Colin makes the announcement in 2-3 weeks time, that's financially extremely exciting.
My feeling is therefore that Gaffney Cline have been tasked to update their CPR (no reason to doubt this and they are clearly a professional outfit, take a look at how thorough their July 2021 one on Cairn Energy is) and therefore the CPR will be good to go very shortly, certainly before year end.

Interesting that Malcy says a 'few days' rather than a 'few weeks'. Risky time to be trading this share (not that I have traded a single one!)

My favourite line from CH in today's excellent RNS is the following:

'so I’m equally happy to report that the operations unfolded directly in line with our expectations.” Just ponder what Colin and BODs expectations truly are...

I remain a very happy holder who knows that what lies around the corner will be transformational for this company.

Thebhoys whilst it’s always good to receive an RNS like today’s I’m not sure it was necessary (although good PR etc). We all know what’s coming and the patient will be rewarded. CH is clearly confident, the team on site will be working over the weekend and news from production testing I think will be with us within 2 weeks.
As for the lunatics who have popped up this morning casting dispersions on whether there is oil....less said the better.

Team Zephyr its the 1st October which means we are in the month where our 16-2 Paradox Well will provide 'proof of concept' for Colin and the BODs masterplan. I thought as we went to our weekend I'd copy and paste what our friend Malcy has just posted on his blog and leave his words hanging...
'It has clearly been a great time for Zephyr and its shareholders. I said at the time I expected the shares to be a ten-bagger, something which might happen sooner than I expected. Without doubt there is still substantial upside for Zephyr and I have full confidence in this exceptional management team to deliver the goods.'

Replying to this thread because of my affection for both theyknowitall and Thebhoys!
So I've watched both the LSE presentation and the Flagstaff follow up and nothing has changed apart from the upside reward (the risk with Zephyr has always been present, they've just spent the whole of 2021 de-risking!) All is indeed looking ace and patience will be rewarded with timelines looking very favourable for our 12p+ Christmas party. Continued favourable news in regards to the price of Oil and soon (if not already) the profit from our increasing number of non operated assets will account for the current market cap alone. So we oscillate between 5.5p and 6p with the 'jewel in the crown' not even factored in to a £70 million market cap. I think when the CPR report comes out (before the end of November if not before) we will all be wearing Colin sized grins! Keep smiling team.

I particularly like the phrase a 'multi well campaign', the emphasis on a series of green lights (good stewards of shareholder capital) and of course the promise of news shortly from our non core assets.
Team Zephyr I do think patience is key here; if you can slowly accumulate then do. With each bit of news from Utah comes increasing de-risking of the Paradox play (I really appreciate how thorough CH and his team continue to be, this surely reflects the expertise and experience of the BOD) and with each bit of new news (production rates from the Williston or purchase of other assets) the strength of Zephyr as an O&G 'explorer turned producer' just gets better.
None of us really know about the prospect of a 'buyout' but if CH mentions the potential of 1 Billion barrels of oil under their acreage then you can bet that is the target he is speaking about with the big boys.

I agree. Thanks for highlighting that Northern. Colin and team are clearly working the Paradox up into a ‘prolific resource play’ I’m happy to wait and let their hard work do the talking (and whatever numbers are produced in October and then beyond). Another exceptionally strong RNS, the market will of course catch up eventually... glad to be on board the good ship ‘Zephyr’ for a long while yet.
