Looking on the bright side there is only $525,000 left to convert which equates to two more conversion similar to today's which equates to 100 mill new shares, which isn't too bad (and future conversions will probably be at a higher price). And there seem to be buyers so far today.

I bought in here earlier this week at 1.80 and yesterday at 1.30. Not good. Thought this might be tradeable after last weeks movements but seems to be only going one way now m.

But robizm, I think most people buying today do not care two hoots whether the company goes into administration or prospers going forward - they (like me) just want to try and take advantage of this trading frenzy to make a bit of dosh over the next week or so.
