I really don't know the current status of the GS20 exchange. We have been told it is 'live' but I don't think anyone here has yet got their KYC approved so not sure how many real users it actually has . I have now been waiting 3 months for my KYC approval and I don"t think I was the first to apply. I remember in the interview the boys did they stated how it would be good if they could capture 1% of the market. I wonder if that's what the front page volume figure represents - its a conceptual figure of what 1% would look like rather than a real-life figure.

That's because GS20 only shows the dollar value on the 'exchange' page, not the volume of coins, and on the front page it only shows 1% of the volume. If you look at this exchange it shows both : 9400 coins and a value of 450 million :

There is no way we can tell the figures for just the GS20 exchange. There are two figures shown - one seems to be the total value of BTC across all exchanges (this same figure is shown on other exchanges), and the other is 1% of the total figure. GS20 seems to be ranked as something like 450th in the crypto exchange hierarchy, so I don't believe 1% of the global total of BTC is being traded through our exchange. Wish it was. The only way we will find out how much is being traded is when GST choose to tell us.

You can't just post that without a bit of context. That was from proactive investor's comment on the RNS of 16 June last year. If you go to the actual RNS itself it states "The Company's stablecoin application for admission to the FCA Regulatory Sandbox, as announced on 20 February 2023, continues to be processed by the FCA. The timeline provided for FCA approval is typically indicative and not a fixed date, and the FCA approval process has extended beyond the anticipated timeframe", so an extra bit saying the timescale is indicative and not a fixed date.

Having said that, of course we are now quite a few weeks past when most people expected a decision I think.

I found this website which claims to show volume for 1863 crypto exchanges. I typed in GS20 but it couldn't find it . Does it go under another name?
