If the BoD have been silenced whilst deciding whether to recommend a £5 per share offer to shareholders then ok I get it. Otherwise it is unforgivable to miss an entirely self imposed deadline twice. Bushveld is still a very strong buy IMO.

Quite simply it isn’t, however there is a danger of productivity/ profit leaking in an inappropriate manner.

Ophidian as usual I am in agreement with you. Even if we do get the announcement today the bod have scored their bid LG gets own goal so far. This potential “delay” is let’s not forget a revision of what had previously been offered by the company in H2, so a delayed delay. I would not expect this to have gone to the wire. If the company had not raised the subject I doubt very much that anyone else would have,I woukdn’t.Pdub you are wrong it does matter , it matters a great deal. I have been “all in” here for a very long time & waiting to determine my strategy going forward hoping I won’t need to sell & the goalposts have kept moving, on an entirely internal matter.
