They are now out & not all was as good as we had hoped & anticipated so far as Q2 is concerned. However there are lots of positives & the SP has bounced back handsomely. My portfolio dropped in value in the proximity of £800k in 30 minutes. I was concerned but not worried, concerned because Aim is so arbitrary, not worried because we are making shed loads & fundamentals will win ultimately.

Bushveld has a long way to go in terms of SP appreciation & SP Angel are still barking mad.GLA

@MTJK yes they pay when they sell. My gifts are related party transactions & I have a "deemed " sale proceeds, 23p per share which has finished off my CGT losses brought forward & has left me with a liability.They have the same base cost. I took the view that a good rise was imminent. For a month the timing was outstanding. Hopefully it will seem so again pretty darn soon.

I gifted a significant shareholding in Bushy to each of my three kids a month or so ago when the SP was 23.5p. They really began to show an interest as it climbed to 27.5p. Yesterday they had their first lesson about investing & Aim in particular. I have told them to chill it will all come good.

May be further on the horizon than was previously thought by some. However make no mistake with probable earnings for 2018 in excess of £50m the current SP is relatively derisory. Onwards & upwards.

@Dav3J, I rather think you are barking up the wrong tree. If Fortune had thought this "news" was so detrimental surely he would have released it before the AGM & the bonus share issue thus reducing the tax hit on his shares. The drop is really overdone, in fact it is bonkers there is a lot of good news in the RNS.
