One of the best option is to buy @ this rate. As most of us have taken right issue and from the market. Either we hold losses or buying @ this price to take risk for better return. As we know the shorting is going to be reduced a.s.a.p.

That is why share price are down yesterday. Approximately 4 to 5% Shorting shares has been done someone holding that shares and not yet declared.
I think we are on takeover target. After Wood group takeover we are the next in queue

I think this is on takeover target as since last 2 days turnovers plus price increase but still it is cheaper @ current price. We will see further up next week and broker recommendation due

Petrofac is a candidate for Takeover as his Current market value is 400 millions where Wood group is CMV is 1.4 billions.
After rejection from Wood group for takeover either Bid price will be increased or someone else will come forward by 22nd March 23
Petrofac is become clean company. They have right issue @ 115 pence. So it's Current market value is undervalue. Plus ADNOC clearance for bidding UAE is bonus. If any one have to bid they will come forward after 22nd March 23.
Don't forget shorting was increased @ same time when Wood group was declared for takeover. Shorter are always circling to help to keep price down.

Today i bought few more due to my price range but after market closed and takeover bid for Wood group is booster for petrofac price movement as shorter are looking for shelter and today price range + turnover is clear picture
