I agree coal price are going down , totally agree there have over 250 millions in debt , but there also have over 60 million in the bank and assets worthy 100s of million . That doesn't mean it going down or the price will go down and down, there are many companies in the stock market that have more debts and are moving upwards , this company share has fallen without any thought, I respect your views Mrbrown , I'm not saying it's a company that full of everything but it's certainly not going to go down as you might think. Still best regards to you and those who don't hold any shares in this company , hope you doing well in others .

Will go up but don't forget taking up 5% of a company is a long procedure, could take few days or weeks, even with a RNS over next weeks stating this would trigger the share upwards . So hopefully a blue close tomorrow and upwards , I'm sure the sp worth in today market around 5p but can't see more until further development in business turnover and profit like there had many years ago .

Correct , he wants 5% of the company, the article seems very real , maybe that the reason the shares been a little weird today. Hopefully we see an RNS in few days regarding this and the price moving north. NWR do have millions and assets , debt of 250m can be paid with no problem , it's part of business

Think the actual price should be, I see debt but also see there have cash in end for end of the year and do have assets do sell if needed , I thought a price of 1.2p would be possible short term

Not going private , READ , the RNS in full , speak to an independent advisor and then you will understand what Mr Bell trying to do for the company . Unconditional offer , as long as payment are made to him as to the RNS. Yes of course he has more say in the business running , if you going to give that much money of course you have a say. Let's see what happen near mid day , it not ramping just the way AIM are working , I see these shares still finishing near to today high

It seems difficult to buy in , I have a feeling that there some back ground buying for a large investor and for this reason the price hasn't moved on , considering the amount of shares available , my feeling is someone thinking it can be worth long term 10x plus value let see how the day goes

RNS excellent , the project longterm excellent , prices should be worth at least 1.2p per share value considering today market cap
