IMHO if you're a pensioner one should get the £300

However not all pensioners will get it, so IMHO it should not be called a pensioners fuel allowance.
It should be named an age allowance...........IMHO

However, in 2013 about 1 million of 3 million eligible people did not claim pension credit.[7]
