On one job did 58 drops in a day, the next day one of the managers said that I should of done 60 I pointed out to him that it was a record as the average was about 37 drops, after this time my daily drops never went above 37.
He never knew how to say thankyou or help any of the drivers..............LOL

Many a transport manager has asked if I have been listening to them, I have always said yes sir but you fail to remember that I was teaching this before you were born, most of them never spoke to me again. Sad some have massive ego.
Done many 15 hours only when given a day or two advance warning. Some place's I was at after doing 15 hours said that I was late for work when arriving for the next shift, I used to say that I always take 12 hours rest after working 15 hours.
Several said you don't take 12 hours rest here, my answer was get used to it or sack me. Never was sacked for this.
On an agency job once I got the sack after a new delivery contract started for telling a transport manager that he needs to nominate a second in command for when he's out of the office with his phone turned off. He said why do I need a second in command, told him all the things that were going on illegal when he was in the office his face dropped and that night he sent my agency an email. Should think the contract is is still losing money.... Ha Ho........
