About 35 years ago my brother came out of the Army 50% disabled and went into doing up property and renting out.
He worked hard and ended up with 32 properties all paid for...........
You get back what you put into life.......
He unloaded a lot of properties and about 4 months ago bought a house to do up just to give himself a bit of a hobby. LOL
