JTP confirms:
''To let you all know the order of operations changed. We decided to re-perf first then isolate the water, makes more sense. Operations going well, safely and on budget.''

Where is the problem?! I work on projects myself and we also change order of things, it is called design process.

RNS will be when operation finish or when there is something important to say.
They are dealing with nature, give them time to work and sort out the well.
