What MM are doing those days is they include sucessful flow test in valuation before flow. Then when sucessful is does not move much up. If not succesful they will drop price a lot to cause panic. Look at Hurricane Energy. So you are in early or you miss the boat.

Angus were worth 2.5 years ago 17mln - not having permissions on Brockam, no Balcombe, no cash, no plans for Gas site back then.
Today we are valued 17mln having permissions for Brockham, Balcombe, cash, plans for Gas site.
