They just payed 3bln+ for merger with PMO, 4.1bln tax credits, plus 250kbpd production, not to mention assets value, corporative structure, financial backing (harbor), production cost 10$, gas/brent 50/50, lots of asset outside North Sea.
I think 7bln valuation is conservative.
