Why is it that this sp has had such a limited reaction to such great news? I expected it to drop due to profit takers/day traders, but was very surprised to see it drop to 5p!

Nov 2008 - Hit 15p and rose to 25p in a few months.
May 2016 - Hit a recent low of 29p and rose to 73p held at around 50p.
Dec 2017 - Hit a recent low of 26p and rose to around 40p.
Oct 2018 - Hit a recent low of 7p and rose to 26p by May 2019 and 42p by August 2019
Dec 2019 - Hit a recent low of 9p and rose to....
Why does it differ so much from previous years? Hold on if you have bought already, history says it will rise again.
Hello all. I have been following this stock for a little bit now. The RNS of making the supplier permanent is excellent news, anybody can understand that. But over the past few days, the sp has been falling.
Is this the result of MM's? Or am I missing something else here?
Any ideas much appreciated!
