Concern over sales? FFS Jan just underway and the board already guided Q422 to be c.10k - if that weren't enough guidance then they went onto state the new sales teams would kick in from Q2 so Q1 would be shield on their own as they were last Q.

However, No point getting over excited with any of the portfolio NSCI literally don't own any of them.. they are advisory Holdings for EMV clients..

As of interims only Holdings were:

Sagetech was 2.25%
Pointgrab was less than 0.5%

Hopefully that clarifies for everyone as important as easy to misinterpret.

there's never been a doubt on the potential of foralumab - problem has been traction and momentum.. market got the impression the management have been to slow to exploit and with the debacle of the de-merger of Accustem it seemed the potential was going to remain just that and go unfulfilled..

with today's RNS however, I would go as far as saying this is a game changer on so many levels for TILS and the move to Nasdaq could now be a masterstroke for the company!

there've been so many false dawns in the last year but this should prove the company/management have every intention on seeing Tiziana succeed!

well it opens the door and finally adds huge credibility that the management are proactively looking to extract value..

positive in so many respects and 1st major sign that they are not sitting on their arses but they mean business..

Glycotest was valued in the books at £11m as at y/e 2020. We are awaiting the results of the final patient study which should have come by the end of Q2 - whenever the update is finalised and released i expect there to be a significant revaluation as they should be ready to commercialise - not out of the question to see a valuation closer to £20m which will make the current mcap laughable.

yep same here - IG finally pulled their fingers out - as some have relayed brokers are saying they have had to manually checkback before allocating - what an incredible experience - amazing this **** happens in 2021!

yes sorry, proaxsis was in for nothing in their research.. since the change in management and strategy last year things are going great guns.. all down to getting the new CEO to effectively reverse his EMV into NSCI..

having said that Glycotest has been an NSCI investment since 2016.. it's the management of these investments that'll determine how successful they now are.. so far so good with the approach

totally get where you're coming from but very much doubt CCG would be investing based on Edison Research (or i would be very surprised at the least).. instead they will have looked at the main holdings, (Proxasis and Glyco and to some extent PDSB), their potential and would been guided on their respective valuation.. £3m peanuts for Canaccord but vast potential to see that rise multi-fold should Proaxsis or Glyco realise even a fraction of that potential.

Their exit will come from the sale of either of these businesses imho

for those that have had a nosey previously, Glycotest's website was pretty dull to say the least - now as if by magic, it seems they have gone and updated it ! Looks a lot better on the eye but there's no info on the tabs as they're probably still updating..

i would go as far as saying this is an pre-meditated move to bring credibility and professionalism ahead of the imminent glycotest update

may have been missed or overlooked but here it is in black and white from the Annual Report itself for 2020 but signed off 31/03/21:

"NetScientific’s stake in Glycotest is worth £11.0m. This figure does not take
account of the considerable progress since then, leading to the impending value inflection point."

Now, with the follow up laboratory work and the algorithm training set underway, the results are due as planned in Q2 2021, which is a major value inflection point."

2 things clear from these statements:

1 - Results/Update for the Glycotest HCC panel patient study due Q2 2021.
2 - major inflection point looks to have been achieved (judging by the wording above "considerable progress" and "impending inflection point"

let's not get confused here: that's 11% of the enlarged share capital.

That's a £3m investment which means they put in c.40% of the placing proceeds

These guys are a proper endorsement in what NSCI are doing and what they have. Mighty Impressive and should allay fears of this being a pump and dump.

seriously try reading the placing document - will be admitted for trading 29th June following approval on the 28th!!
