I should have not included you in this one indeed. It’s my misunderstanding. Please accept my apologies.

With all respect to u Calamari and Mick, but I disagree with you. Well, yes everything start as a theory, so what!!! It’s a new born business so what do you expect, to start with billions of dollars in their account to make you both pleased. The team at Syme works really hard to build something especial. And the issues they are working on are even academically known to be the most complicated to be processed and completed. For god sake, they had their IPO last year. Give it a rest mate. So yeah it’s a theory which will soon turn into an excellent practice so you can both learn a good lesson in life. Even your parent when thought to bring you to this life, it was a theory and just a talk but sadly they turn you into this ugly useless practice. Amazon, Apple, Tesla, have all been built based on excellent theoretical strands, and now they are an example of best practice. Even if AZ wants more and more time and want to expand this theory we will still wait because what is coming is bigger than anything you could ever imagine. Mark my words and mark my post as I will remind you one day with what will Syme become. Whether you like it or not, they will become a force in the industry. Save your time and go do something useful to yourselves plz.

A summary of what to expect in the next reading update:

1. Inventory Funding Programme

A- Open Funding: this is managed by StormHarbour Securities. Its in the final phase, as majority of issuance processes completed to deliver the first transaction and create an entirely new Inventory Monetisation asset. It’s repeatable and scalable. We expect a positive update on this one such as the detail of the securitisation transaction and Inventory funding partner etc...otherwise to be confirmed late April.

B- Captive Bank: SYME to be the main beneficiary of the acquisition of the European Bank which will provide funding through the Platform, via a novel "banking as a service" model. SYME aims to complete this during the first quarter of 2021, hence we expect another major positive update for this one.

C- Self-Funding: We also expect an update on two Italian Financial Institutions (collaborating with the captive Bank) to conduct self-funding transactions. They also working on insurance product.
 
2. Update on Client Company Origination
This has been significantly growing (last update was (value of €1.9bn with 152 companies). We expect a very significant progress on these number/value, particularly from the EPIC platform. I expect the number to be updated to almost the double across all the sectors.
 
3. Update on Geographies:
UK: To be the key hub for its Inventory Monetisation service as well as a "pivot" for cross-border monetisation operations. We expect updates on Syme agreements with SIA and ALTIMAPA. We also expect updates on the “global asset manager” for an Inventory funding facility with a potential value up to €500m (this is for Uk companies).

UAE: having been authorised to offer Shariah-compliant service, we now expect updates in relation to their local partner iMass,and notably a potential involvement with government parties to offer Inventory Monetisation process to some of their sector holding companies as an add-on to their existing digital warehouse solutions.

US: updates are also expected here in relation to the agreement signed with AB/TA and on delivering an innovative inventory "in transit" monetisation model. TA claimed that they are 114 asset-based lending operators in the US with an inventory finance market worth more than US$1trn.
 
One final important point, given that SYME (wit their auditors) have finally completed the development of IFRS relating to the multi-jurisdictional themes of Inventory Monetisation, this will much help in progressing on every aspect outlined above, and support the expansion of SYME internationally. From our amazing friend, Mr Carrol “ I was doing some work this morning after reading the days RNS's and I missed the SYME one at around 07:30. I then get this text from AZ which perplexed me “Hi Phil, today just a technical procedure (self-compliant) due to RNS of 19 January. Reassure all investors ??” Naturally I then checked the RNS and saw the temp suspension. I said will do thanks and then got "Thank you. Since we changed the reference date (as per RNS 19 January - the change was also a suggestion of the new auditors ), we needed to be compliant to FCA and so self-suspended until we’ll post (soon) the annual 2019 report (previous business actually a cash shell - so any red flags re existing business). Just a technical procedure to be compliant”

After all the fake websites and articles and rubbish broadcasters, here we go, this turns to be a real thing. Something which will significantly grow over time. Many people and even analysts doubted this particular securitisation and yet the company responds quietly and nicely month after month to those ignorants. A new born business with less than a year with this type of RNS means some further real investments should start to come and take us to some different price waves. And yet further securitisation and deals from different regions and continents to come in 2021. I’m one of those the more I read about those fake websites and articles The more I bought as I felt something unusual happening. Thank you SYME for the best new year present.
