“ However since equity is in a secular bear market , no further sp, progress is expected ”

No offence meant.
Beechknot, I had a very quick look at JAY, but not long enough to form any firm opinions. I have quite a lot on this week, but I may try to delve at a later date. I’m heavily into GROC and KDR, so I pelt I will be pro JAY to start with, but wonder why Rio Tinto backed out and would be concerned about funding. As I said just a cursory overview, so I don’t expect I am doing it justice .
Just my opinion.
Oversold on July 19th after profit warning, since when bullish convergence and sideways consolidation.
Now crossing the 20dma.
I think there may be a gap up tomorrow then an orderly climb back to 60p+ over the next four weeks.
“ COPL also announces today that its Chairman, Mr. Harald Ludwig, and fellow Board Director, Mr. Massimo Carello, have stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.”
Ok, the good reason is to save a few dollars on overheads. Maybe the real reason is that they were not allowed to buy shares during the closed period and the impending JV?
Just like with EOG, where William Adhlefeldt resigned in April, then popped up six weeks later with a 4% TR1?
Just a thought.
Topped up. I talked myself into it.
:-))
Stas20 I reckon AM has a clear picture of how production is set to increase, but can’t give that out for regulatory purposes. I don’t know what the rules are, but I imagine there will be an excepted time line over which production must be logged, before reporting to the market. Again, just a guess, but a month would seem reasonable.
Just my opinion, others welcomed.
But what about the cash? Current assets £450k, current liabilities £700k, net current assets (£250k). Is it just a given that TB will provide a short term loan? I get it that sales receipts might jump up in the near term. Are we relying on both of those happening?

“ I base my opinion on a very close family member being on the autistic spectrum. If you think SFX is a possible cure you're all more delusional than I thought and completely devoid of any rationale thought.”
That’s not dissent. That hubris. Your knowledge of your relative’s condition trumps the best efforts of medical science, which is total vanity, based on zero SME and an extremely closed mind. You can’t even call NWG correctly and all they do is lend money!
I’m happy for you to shout “dilution” at the top of your voice all day long. I don’t suppose anybody cares. I’m even ok with you posting your accusations that investors here, EVG and Stalicla are ‘delusional’, but I’ve saved your little gem above, just to warn others of the basis for your expert opinion.
Hubris.
Noted that Alan Giddings leapt into the market hours after the profit warning of July 19th.
He was ready to buy 416k shares at 46p. Others here have posted a possible sale now the old CEO has moved on, at maybe £200-250m. I don’t know enough about the assets to comment, except that I think it will be significantly more that the current sp.
I don’t think it’s such a bad move to follow Giddings lead.
Just my opinion.
Tivman, that’s my view also.
It’s a glorified broccoli floret, delivered into the bloodstream in the same dosage that affected cancer cells in vitro.
It either works, or it doesn’t.
