Thanks Claire - we are very excited about what 2026 has in store! A group of us have a chat ongoing re the progress CapAI are making and in specific to A42 we were wondering if the platform is going to be evolved to be mobile compatible to allow for younger audiences to utilize the AI on the move, as they so often do. Laptop/Desktop will surely catch professional Authors and more senior folk, but we are curious if A42 is trying to also tap the emerging community who have their smart phones pretty much doing everything in their lives.

Add in to 20mil for 10% more and we have issues as 27/290=23%

Correct but youve missed that Alien own 40% of the JV'd assets when you do the maths as they have 10% of the companies JV'd with plus 30% retained.

so these are 60/40 not 70/30.

i think maybe if we use a house building analogy it might help folk.

we buy some land. someone wants to build a house. we say sure. build away pal. you can foot every single bill and we want 40% of the value of whatever you build please when you sell it on. housebuilder ays fair do's. its your land. its great land. ill pay everything and build it just for 60% of it.

we sit back. watch. wait while someone builds a great house. and then we get 40% of the value.

Smiller - they stated years ago their strategy was low cost JV growth. We knew that was the plan and what to expect

Absolutely zero cost/spend commitment

30% retained plus 10% of the JV company (so 40% overall) plus a cash amount

To have an asset drilled/developed and be ready for production

Again - with no cost (bar the costs to date ofc)

3 of these agreements across 3 assets is hugely valuable to ufo with very little ongoing OpEx and burden
