Shorting too on the reverse obviously....
I see the DOW just gaped down substantially. That's a nasty drop on the open, the Perma Bulls in the USA will be sweating now.
I'm trading the indices just now, scalping small bounces after the sell off. Leveraged so I can make a reasonable profit on a very small bounces. With stops losses obviously. Working well... means I have no over night right too.
That still wouldn't even be 5% of the total votes cast... and 99.99% of them would be sore loser remain voters asking for a sore losers vote. It's still a waste of time.
Nonsense and piffle... the EU is only 15% of Global trade. Even if we took a short term hit, there's another 85% of Global trade to negotiate with. Many countries have already expressed interest.
The EUSSR just doesn't want the UK to do well outside of the EU, so they are trying their best to punish us. And most people in the UK can see that.
There's more at play than the US markets...

We won't get our full and proper Brexit until the 17+ Million revolt and bring in the nationalist parties into Parliament. It's already happened in 7 of the 28 EU countries. And Nationalist parties are the fastest growing parties by vote share in the Western World.
Tic toc, Tic toc
So the 570,000 Bad losers marching for a Bad Losers vote make up only 1.69% of those that voted in the referendum. Where's the other 98.31%?
It's a waste of their and your time Branson. Nothing will change. If another referendum happens it will be due to the UK government collapsing.
This post I'm currently replying to is a good example of when immigration goes badly wrong. Mr USA here is telling the UK that he wasn't even born in what it should and shouldn't do.
Multiply Mr USA by 1000 and you get Mrs Ghana that wasn't even born in the UK, who used her vast wealth to make UK judges force the UK parliament to vote on the final Brexit deal.
At first I thought this was terrible, but then we also have Mrs Treason May who wants to dress remaining up as Brexit and many of our naive citizens have fallen for it (most haven't) given her massive drop in the polls.
There's a lot of people trying to control our country, not even true British people. Even the EU that is unofficially controlled by Germany tries to tell the UK what it can and can't do.
If you kick a dog long enough, eventually it bites.
This is why Brexit etc is discussed on here, it's so heavily related to LLOY and the majority of people know it.
HH,
It's indirectly related to LLOY. Brexit affects the UK economy, LLOY is heavily exposed to the UK economy. The primary reason for the UK voting to leave the EU was immigration as was evidenced in successive polls all the way up to the referendum.
Discussing the detail on the subject of immigration is therefor indirectly related to LLOY and therefore relevant. If you don't like use the filter button. Then you just get the LLOY posts you want to see.
"Leaked documents reveal the EU wants the UK to agree to keep its tax rules that align with Europe’s as part of its Brexit agreement, according to the Daily Telegraph. "

Thoughts = The reason the EU are doing this is to try and stop the UK leaving and then out competing the EU on corporation tax. So not only are they trying to keep us tied to the customs union and therefore be unable to make trade deals with other countries that don't abide by the same Customs union rules...
But now the EU is trying to stop the UK's ability to lower our corporation tax to attract companies to the UK. If Treason May signs up to this she is not only an absolute disgrace, but a traitor too.
And anyone who pretends they are a British citizen, than actually thinks these tactics are good is an unpatriotic traitor too.
On top of all that... there's the low wage inflation, massive properly price inflation too due to the supply of cheap Labour and demand for housing massively increasing.
I guarantee nearly all of the 17 million will know at least some of these reasons for voting to leave.
Yeah Deafcon is very arrogant. He assumes 17+ Million people didn't know what they were voting for, that's not just arrogant, it's incredibly stupid.
It's very simple. In 1975 the British people voted to be part of a 6 country European Economic Community. A simple pact where 6 fairly economically equal countries could trade with each other more easily.
This was called the EEC. But without the British people having any further say in the matter, without another referendum that 6 country EEC became the 28 Country EU - European Union. That 28 country EU formed a Commission of unelected Bureaucrats who often dictate to 27 of the 28 countries what they can and can't do. Note I said 28 because Germany never seems to be on the receiving end of these Bureaucrats, it seems to do whatever it likes, which shows Germany is the unofficial leader of the UK.
The 6 country EEC became a 28 country EU with almost totally open borders, total limitless migration between these countries, our judges are regularly overruled by judges in Brussels. And we have less than a 10% vote in the European Parliament when electing these EU commission Bureaucrats. So precisely ZERO of our Constituents voted in the Commission, and UK MEP's have less than a 10% say in whether they stay, go or who replaces them.
And on top of ALL that... millions from North Africa, The Middle East and South Asia are actively targetting EU to illegally migrate into, because they know when they get here hardly any of them compared to the overall amount are ever deported, and the open borders allow them to easily pick and choose what country they go to. The only thing the UK has going for it in this respect is the sea separating it and the EU mainland. But that doesn't stop the migrants, they just bide their time to get on the lorries.
Then there's the big contribution to UK net migration both legally and illegally due to the EU open borders... the illegal migrants are not even included in the net migration figures. So the 282,000 in the last year that came here is definitely not accurate.
You'd literally have to have been in a Coma for the last 20+ years not to know how bad the EU has been for the UK.
Terrorist attacks on the increase, rampant uncontrolled immigration from Africa and the Middle East. And you think there should be no borders. You're either trolling, or just stupid. Which is it?
Your back should be up against the UK government. The UK government controls what happens in England, the Scottish government controls "some" of the things that happens in Scotland. It's the UK government that's not giving you the same perks that the Scottish government has chosen to give it's citizens.
The UK government has no say over the Free Prescriptions, Free Tuition Fees and No Bridge Tolls in Scotland. But they do have a say over these things in England. The fact the choose not to give you it is between you and the UK government Tricky.
I'd see your point if the UK government was saying here Scotland, we're giving you extra things over the English just to keep you happy, but that's not how it works. The real scrooges are the UK government.
Don't hate the player, hate the game. Scotland has partially devolved powers, it's up to it what it does with it's money. The Conservatives recently gave Scotland control over taxes... AKA a noose for the SNP government to hang themselves with.
My mate pays about £450 more tax in Scotland than an English person would on the same salary.
"P.S let’s not for get the toll on crossing the Firth of Forth."
Haha was that sarcasm, the Forth road bridge had no tolls? Unless it's been introduced, I've not been over it for years. The Scots get various perks... Free prescriptions, no tuition fees, no bridge tolls.
The Tory's are proper scrooges.
Then I take back what I said... they now have no chance of winning. I hadn't realised it was allowed. Honestly I had a debate on facebook with my cousin about this. She fell out with me over it, I said they shouldn't be allowed to vote, they're to young haha she was fuming. She actually defriended me... but it seems it was allowed after that.
Wait a minute, I'm wrong. I had an argument with my cousin who's a teacher about this. She wanted them to be able to vote and they weren't being allowed at the time. I didn't realise they had actually managed to get it granted. Offt, and they still lost haha
No they didn't mate, the SNP approached the electoral commission to ask them to grant special permission for it. The electorate commission told them no.
And so they should, kids that majority of which with zero life experience, no bills to pay, no full time job making a decision that would affect their entire country. Arguably even 18 years old is a bit young, but that's the legal adult age.
