No reason or rule that says a tr1 must be a 7 am rns and given the "news worthy " nature of this my guess ( and guess is all it is) will be that a timed release just before evening news locally would allow for evening news exposure and positive " breaking news" while still obeying all the rules !!! What im alluding to is this could drop at anytime, intra day being the slot i would choose were it me rich enough to be the buyer :) bol

The seller of the lock in shares should be forced to place a buy to the value of the total accrued through the misdeed at best price !! not fixed so aprox an $800k dollar value buyback at whatever market price the market dictates !! That will correct the manipulation fall out (to some degree) and then of course whatever sanctions the regulators deem appropriate. all imho and wtfdik obviously.
