Anyone know what the mcap of a company with 25000 bopd a day would be ( roughly ! and also if you have the numbers ( i have looked extensively btw ) the free flow value per barrel for echo atm ??

and your own advice trellis is to talk down a company you claim to be invested in !! ergo you either want this to fall having missed the opportunity to trade from .4 and cut your losses or you genuinely are talking down your own shares which could be a sign of a self destructive personalty? I just took a 5k hit on costain because i got it wrong offset by a 4k profit and a free carry from amigo where i got it right! Its the game we play.Have to say that @ 15p chances are you have not got a massive holding should be easy to average it down should you wish too.

joe ! we are not saving anything if as i expect we go ahead anyway EXCEPT unforeseen extra expenditure twixt now and then !! Thats the clever bit maybe it will amount to nothing maybe it will save us millions but it will definitely make budgeting easier !!!

It is a continuation of the new approach from this bod !By doing it this way the only thing that differs is any unforeseen costs between now and spud are not our responsibility! Ta can still be pursued if the data is promising tbh ta is a semi wildcat as in there is successful history in the area but no guarantees so i put it at 35% cos ( just my number based on normal 10% cos with a wildcat but an extra 15% because the area has had successful drills.
We get to have certainty of expenditure to a degree, we have increased production from work overs and a guaranteed price for the foreseeable and pa is " exciting". All this fits with why im here tbh dirty unsexy hard work to get us to 3p and a third of what im holding becomes a free carry on an exciting prospect. Works for me.

Well like ive said before the ruling is re the interest charged and 8% interest paid on top yes ?? The capitol balance still needs to be paid back. Many of the claimants who's claims are accepted will have the capitol amount deducted from the claim and they still will have shi1tty access to credit. A large % in my view will re apply under squeaky tight terms and disclosure. The impact will be much less than the superficial numbers seem to show ! all imho etc

i accept i mis calculated by a decimal and you were right to call it out !! I think the sp would rocket but thne the shares volume bought would dwindle and have a reduced effect! Because 1% is still going to be sold !! Thats what i mean by stabilizing the market would do their numbers and they work to fractions of a decimal!! and a balnce between the buy back and the ! % dump would be reached! Maybe Fca would have an issue BUT the bod can claim to be using the cancelled divi monies not the set aside for claims ! The bod can also say that once the JB shares are cleared they will strategically return the shares to the open market as free flow and use the funds as set asides for future claims! like the bank do hold capital for defaults.

why don't amigo do a share buy back to the total of 500 k a day 60 days so 30 mil ! out of the cash pile not too significant. BY setting a total in £ the 1 % will have an impact but it will find its own level. Ie £ 500K at today's price will buy 60 million shares ! @ 4 p 120 mil and @ 12 p 40 mil shares. The market will then decide the level of the sp and it will stabilize there until the 1% petulance is over! Amigo gets a stable platform to work with share holders can rest a little easier for the duration.. AND JB has his thunder well and truly stolen. WIN win win
