Thanks for your replies, I think I understand my confusion if my brokers response is correct
The $0.9441 applies only to cancelled shares: The company executed a compulsory redemption where only a portion of your shares (roughly 46%) were cancelled. The US$0.9441 rate was paid only for those specific cancelled shares, not your entire original holding.
The display averages the entire holding: Your Trading 212 statement shows the total payout distributed across your entire pre-redemption share balance. The US$0.9441 per cancelled share equates to an average of **US$0.434286 per pre-redemption share**.
Because you hold the GBX (Pence Sterling) listing of the stock, that US$0.434286 per share was converted into GBP at the live interbank exchange rate at the time of the event. This conversion lands exactly on the p32.11343 per share that you see on your statement.
