Golden. You may well be right. However, if you take out nutrition you take out a significant wedge of revenues and the existing shareholders should be rewarded for this being taken out. Just my own thought on how that sale would reward shareholders. I may be wrong. Also, on a petty note,

Golden what does CAPEX spend have to do with a special dividend being issued as a result of sale proceeds? If you sell off a large part of the company, ordinarily a special dividend is issued as a result. That may not happen but regardless of whether it does or does not, it has nothing to do with CAPEX spend
Nutrition will be sold imminently. Question is what happens to the share price. Dividend couldn’t be large enough to leave the share price negative. Secondly, how would the share price withstand nutrition being removed as what is left isn’t worth anywhere near the current MCAP. interesting times
