I would think the chances of anyone lending these guys any more money is slim to none based on their past performance.
Any thoughts about when these guys will run out of money?

This share could drop to 135p if we have lockdowns, however if this can be avoided hopefully 200p will not take too long.
You will probably have to be very patient for any dividend.
Hi Mary or should I call you the "lonely poster"
I purchased my first shares in May 2020, and expected a good increase Q4 2020 based on their pre covit sp, however like many people I was over optimistic on covit recovery so currently I just have a modest gain.
I think your 300p is probably on the high side, although would expect to see 250p mid 2022.
After seeing the sp's pluses and minuses, decided to see if there was any information in the share chat and was surprised to see so few comments.
Good luck with your trading

FYI H&L also showed yesterday's closing price at 0.19p.

Yes I'm hoping the BoD have learned their lesson, and also included in their revised strategy of how to deal with a rising sp which will certainly happen when they issue the RNS announcing the court date.
Barbershop
I recall a previous post saying they would be presenting closing arguments on 1st, 2nd, and 3rdNov.

Here is another example of an FCA approved company,.
Representative example: £400 borrowed for 90 days. Total amount repayable is £561.92 in 3 monthly instalments of £187.31. Interest charged is £161.92, interest rate 161.9% (variable). Representative 305.9% APR.

They're probably busy thinking about when to execute their exit strategy.
Stevielad66. Didn't the judge say if Amigo were going to offer something better a new vote was not necessary. Without a no objection letter the FCA could be difficult in court, alternatively maybe the judge would be a little miffed if they were to come back without some resolution.
Many possibilities, just hope the BoD get their thinking heads on and their legal team properly briefed.
Hi Stevielad66
Although I'm confident this is a good investment, my impulse to buy more is offset by the fact the BoD created serious issues with FCA which we need to resolved.
Next RNS might be to announce the court date, also remember BoD mentioned last time around a surging SP gave them problems with FCA so we may not receive any details on SOA2 until they're in court. The other point is will they go to court with or without non objection letter.
