Kullybahia, the point is not the pursuit through the courts with spurious claims but the constant sowing of the negative seeds of doubt and the resultant detrimental effect of continued claims undermining of ARCM's name and its share price etc. Along with the de-rampers on this forum, its toxic.

From what I can gauge from the article this is old news and not current

It's all sour grapes and eventually it will stop. At least we now know why the big sell off and hopefully change in sentiment

I would have thought it would be "put your offer on the table and we will negotiate"
