Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
My aunt Meg has a flutter on the stock markets from time to time. The other week when TW was about to touch £ 1 she said "That's ridiculously cheap, I'd get a few, they'll go up in a couple of months". So I got £5000 worth at 1.02. I see they're around £1.15 now. Now my aunt doesn't have an MBA, she knows nothing about Loan to asset ratios or cyclical charts like the clever fellows in the City with their Oxford degrees and striped suits. But I reckon she's done ok. Not for the first time either.
Soo, had a chat with my broker - it's the Fed's anticipated hawkish stance on interest rates ( announcement imminent) for the medium term, that is adversely impacting tech stocks. Less to do with China which has already been priced in. Sorry about that drongo.
#Lukeytukki" - "As long as it remains an isolated fight between Ukraine and Russia..." my observation is----------
When your neighbour's house catches fire , you're not going to be sitting pretty for very long....
I started this thread with the quote "Once the glory days are gone they rarely return".
By "glory days" I meant the past boom in the tech sector. Even when hostilities cease under some sort of deal, Russia will still be excluded from the global economy. Russia is a significant market for tech and other firms - until it is replaced by other markets (Asia??) SMT is unlikely to re- visit its glory days, though it may stage a mini recovery once a ceasefire is in place..
Yes I know the Russian midget has attacked but why is SMT down over double the amount the FTSE/ Dow has fallen.? Could some clever chap answer that for me as I am obviously dumb as dumb for buying into this crock of sheeet.
Well I'm the guy who came up with the tart's knickers thread and now I see some people are talking about "dripping" into them which is all a bit disconcerting. I wish I was as good at picking when to buy as I am with click bait headlines...
To paraphrase Warren Buffett: It's only when the tide turns against you that you realise which Fund managers have been swimming naked"... Let's see if SMT's fund managers have been investing in fundamentally profitable companies - or companies whose share prices had been going up... 2 year time frame.
