Similar to Ireland with their abortion and gay marriage referenda, those living abroad, did not have the power to exercise their vote unless they travelled back for the day. They did in their droves.
Similarly, alot of folk could have been living elsewhere in the country but did not travel back to where their votes were registered on the day?
Voter complacency, senior citizen attrition etc should not be grounds for a revote.
Voting on the final options, when finally put together with all the facts available, is a sensible move. Because, seriously like, what the fcuk!!!
The whole eu is one enormous web of interconnected and overlapping legal and regulatory (insert your preferred word!) Only a Grade A fool would think it's a case of snip, Brexit means Brexit, we're gone overnight, and all this paperwork ratifies itself into favourable fta's etc overnight.
