Hi MIKE, As ever always good to read your posts; some months ago I had posted that soon this Board would light up with MMs looking to play and make a quick Buck$ !..Had not expected the increased intrest to be on the back of this shares issue screw up... The $37 a barrel figure you mention...?? I seem to recall it was $57..but I may be wrong ..at work at the mo ..so can't check...BUT no differance anyway..I think the increasing Trouble in Syria and middle east will in the long run keep the oil price more than high enough. For those holding!! ...the game plan is still the same....personally I have lowered my calculation from the 15p sell out figure to 8p ...but wont say no if they offer more than 8p....September 2015 is roughly where the end game is. Just recommened your post...my sentiment is the same ..I feel we are just looking at a 12 month countdown now. As for Sage...thanks for the info..I will add this to the rest of my own research. At little gutted and pi$$ed but the basics are still sound 2 leases of 3,000 acres as long as the oil price stays above £95 per barrel we are good..ISIS..middle east instabillity will keep the price high. As for whats been going on I am not an expert ..but I would tend to agree with some of the posts on other sites that this is a shake down ...the big boys flushing people out to snap up cheap stock....the basic s on the ground have not changed ...we have been shadowing RedLeaf...we owen 2 leases of about 3,000 acres of mineable UTAH... theres very little burn of cash from TomCo.....Redleaf have started construction work on their main capsule with a statment from their team saying they intend to Turn Heat on 1st July 2015...from this we know the following: Turn on Heat no later than 1st July 2015. First Oil Flow at day 90 is 28th Sept 2015. Steady Oil Flow at day 100 is 8th Oct 2015 Peak Oil Flow at day 150 is 27th Nov 2015. So in MHO it's a shake down...please don't add weight to what I have posted as its just an opinion!!.. But in all the research...I can not see any issues out there??..I have taken the opportunity to lower my average tp 1.27. if I had any more spare cash I would buy more and lower further....I say hang on we just hit a large pocket of turbulance. Quick answer...YES....could take a couple of forms: 1. they make an offer to buy the whole [TomCo company] or 2. they make an offer to buy the 2 leases from us and TomCo carry on trading as a company. DYOR...but go back over any posts made by Marbellamike over the last 2 or 3 months. Good Luck

Hi Mike,....I have the same tag on Advfn.....JJO2290....as you may already know from posts a few months back I am only small time. ..all a question of scale and available cash if TOMCO is successful for me and I believe it will be ..I will use some of that to buy back into VOG ....VOG is definitely good solid long term stock for the future..I think Africa as a whole could be the same as the B.R.I.C nations over the next 10 years. ..Millions of shares in TOMCO ..ha I wish...sorry not in that league..but I started with 20936 @ 1.5...now sat at 327,546 ..@ .1.34. So very happy with that..every time my work pays me a petrol claim I put the extra aside to add to TOMCO ..I think a lot of us expect a payout in the region of 15p a share. I think we will get this but worst case when alone on a night shift I always keep an eye on the payout at 6p and 10p....even at 6p it's still way better than any is a account out there...FOGL is another stock I have a small amount in..they just awarded the contract to have their floating oil rig built ready to start pumping oil from their wells in mid 2016.... Stock is around 26p ..but I am confident that will get to £1 end of 2015 and may get to £2, £2.5 or £3 by end of 2016.... Hi , Cormorant...interesting thought but really don't think the price of oil will impact this SP until 2Q2015. Our site is still 3,000 Acres scrub desert..waiting on the Redleaf sites progress. I see it's your first post...I am no expert but I have done a fair amount of research on this stock.....if you don't mind me pointing you in the direction of 1. TomCo website and the presentation they have you can download . 2. Redleaf Resources website and their presentation. 3. But in no-way last read up on the posts made by ..marbellamike on this site these are always full of good info..Highly recommended. And lastly as a quick guide to key dates for this stock the post I made on the 31st July : TOMCO STATE OF PLAY....Bear in mind there are others better informed than I am....in the end DYOR but ask the guys here ...I have always found them very helpful. Good Luck ...just a waiting game for us now buy while it's cheap the price will spike! !

No idea??? but just topped up with £614.99 worth bringing my AVG down from 1.46 to 1.39....now holding 252,654 shares total ...hope it stay low for pay day so I can add more.....Sorry no idea on drop but IMHO we may see this SP getting more active up and down as we approach the end of the year. TOMCO STATE OF PLAY. Using information that is already out there, with a special thanks and credit to posts from marbellamike . 29th July 2014 09:38 post and 22:24 post. The following is the Red Leaf production dates for the Seep Ridge site. As I understand it. Turn on Heat no later than 1st July 2015. First Oil Flow at day 90 is 28th Sept 2015. Steady Oil Flow at day 100 is 8th Oct 2015 Peak Oil Flow at day 150 is 27th Nov 2015. If I have mis -read the Technical and published data wrong?? ..I am happy to admit my error. But this is how I read the state of play...any time around the 28th Sept should trigger final decision of payment by TOTAL to Red Leaf....As for any offer to TomCo by Total..well your guess is as good as mine ..if you were Total when would you jump to snap up the Holiday Block??

Oh!..I feel for you dude..3 years is a long time but ..I am confident that we are just coming off the bend and we are looking at the home straight...as Mike said in his last post to me the price should pop around Nov....at which point this BB will light up with all the free loaders and Market Makers...and people like you and me will be drowned out in all the noise...I know it's all relative... but a fairly new small time investor with a shade under £3,000 vested in TOMCO ..and too be honest I am pinning most of my hopes on this stock...as £3K is pretty much all the spare cash I have; but I am very very confident it will payout by end of 1Q15. Hang in Halifax...in the meantime TOMCO stock and your nails will grow!

Hope you don't mind me butting in on your question to Marbellamike?...But from my limited knowledge, Paul Rankine has the experience to bring the project online and to production...financing it, I am not sure there , But TAQA from Abu Dhabi was narrowly out bid by Total on the Redleaf site. So there are other parties interested in this area of oil exploration. Just my opinion on the question ,there are others who post on here with a far better grasp than I have.Things are slow at the moment, so may be a while before you get a reply from Marbellamike. Thanks for the quick reply there were a few things in your reply I didn't know ..so I thank you for that...I am only small time but if we end up at the 15p mark by 1st or 2nd Q of 2015 ..I should be able to put an okay deposit on an average priced house...TOMCO is my little diamond in the rough...just waiting now. Small time share holder,...not worried at the SP at this stage trying to top up every time I get a spare bit of cash....But does anyone know any reasons for the fall in price over the last week or so..?? Kicking myself ..I don't have the funds to buy more ..need to wait till payday. Interested in any feedback you guys may have....Regards to all.
