I would suggest that a plan is waiting post court case as they probably have several plans depending on outcome.

I can see 2.50-3 with court case success, but will then need some meat on the bones, a plan on what the money will be for, an update on what the other investments are doing and of corse the mining.

Some churn to be expected but it could blast through it as it gets on people’s radar
