Blimey, we’ve all waited for some information or feed back to progress and all of a sudden we are hit with loads of updates on the complete sareum portfolio.

All sounds good to me.

Hopefully, it’s a negotiating tactic to show any potential deals that we are not beholden to a low ball offer.

If recall correctly, some of the HNWI were buying in at 8-9p/£4-£4.50. I would think that if they are still invested that this would be absolute minimum to expect as an acceptable offer. Your thoughts please

I hope that if the HNWI are still involved at the level of investment and price that they invested at, then they, I’m sure, would have some clout if the company was to be under sold. I just hope that the BoD have a game plan or offer pending or something in the bag that can’t be shared or discusssed.

There were HNWI investing at 8p+ , £4+ in today’s money. So I can’t see an offer in the region of £3 being acceptable.

Thank you Potnak, Brighty and SCH for your answers , I can see it’s a bit of a mine field with a license deal and now I understand that the potential is higher but the payout will be drawn out, that is compared to a buy out. I feel really positive about Sareums success, but was trying to understand potential time scales. I think, personally, I would like to see a buy out as it takes away the decision making of when to exit.

A take over would be clear cut, a license deal wouldn’t , so was trying to ascertain how the finances would work as a general rule of thumb with a licensing deal.

Please can someone explain how the financials of licensing 1801/1802 would work rather than a take over where I guess the value of the shares will be immediately recognised.

Would Sareum get an upfront payment, then royalties thereafter and would the share holders receive a dividend from the upfront payment etc.

I think that anybody that needs to know about us and will change our fortunes already know about us, I don’t see any point in shouting it from the roof tops, the end game is the end game with regard to future value. It all depends on who sees value in a rising share price along the way.

It would be nice to not be in the red at the moment, but I’m more focused on the bigger picture.
