More dilution at shareholders' expense. The only people who profit from Jubilee are the directors and employees (if the said 'employee' isn't a director). Investors only lose.

Thanks @Chatmandu, About a third, I console myself by thinking a switch to a more promising share isn't a loss but an opportunity to reverse, not possible by sticking with a loser. Sad, I really thought that Jubilee would be a winner.

I’m outta here! I can’t believe that the directors are asking for the power to dilute yet again after voting themselves a huge bonus in shares, at our expense, despite extremely large remuneration, for presiding over a failing company. The share price continues to drop, the share capital continues to dilute; results are poor at best. Promises, like pie crust, are easily broken.

Shareholders provide the means that allows the company to do business. Directors work for the shareholders and are accountable to them. Directors should only receive bonuses when the shareholders receive rewards. Thus bonuses for the directors should be proportional to shareholder returns. There are no dividends yet, the share price has only just recovered from a string of losses. Where are the shareholder rewards that justify the bonuses?
