New to this board but thought I should share a reply I had from Dave Reeves on Friday morning which provides a little more detail. I'm sure DR won't mind. Apologies for not posting sooner. In my email to DR, I highlighted the confusion among shareholders regarding the KRS/CAI future. This is his quote: "Thanks for the feedback, I thought I had made it clear that we will do an in-specie distribution of Calidus shares to shareholders when out of escrow, or if for instance, Calidus were taken out, we would have a huge war chest to look at bigger projects after a distribution back to shareholders. I will address this issue as it will be very clearly stated in our accounts this is what we plan to do". The phrase, 'I thought I had made it clear', implies DR was under the impression the market was already fully aware of his intentions but this seems to have been lost along the way. I believe this confusion could be the cause of the disconnect between the KRS / CAI share price.
