Can someone correct me if i am wrong, but the licensing deal will be over a period of years correct?
The DaaP sale and licensing deal is US$275million, say the deal is 50/50, we will receive $137.5million with the rest over a duration.
So saying we will get 23p per share is incorrect, it depends on the split, the duration of the licensing deal etc.
'The Cayman Islands is the preferred jurisdiction to deliver value for all shareholders and funds arising from the transactions will be paid in pound sterling' this comment from ABH would suggest the same, it's not a one off payment, but what will be many transactions.
Great news and a massive relief but people getting too excited thinking they will make millions in a few weeks. It's not going to happen that way.
Personally would love to see it relist!
