so when will it 58 bag from here, or even 5 bag?
I'm with you on that Andrew, although everyone has their own targets and timescales I suppose. I would like to benefit from this investment in my lifetime though :)
I want to get maximum value out of this , and am prepared to wait. I certainly don't want to sell without full exploration. Opportunities like this don't come along that often, and to sell on the basis of 2Mt only to find out when it's too late that there was 3, 4 or 4+Mt would be galling
I heard what SteveM said about scratching around for the last crumbs in the crisp packet, and can see that point. But we don't want to leave some full crisps in the packet by no looking for them also
For me there has to be some economic and financial modelling work to be done. This work should establish the rate of diminishing returns as more and more exploration work is carried out. This could help to workout the best economic position to sell, based on cost of further exploration and value being unearthed.
Being over 97% down, 1 for 50 means FA is still worth FA
I did read the RNS, and I couldn't determine whether the shares were available to PI's or II's. I'm not that familiar with the placement process, that is why I asked the question. We're not all experts, and I am trying to understand. If that's a problem to you, then don't respond, certainly not with "Placement ? wrong board...". As it is clearly not the wrong board to discuss XTR and a recent placement (15 days ago or not).
But, as a fellow shareholder thanks for you help , understanding and cooperation
Why is it the wrong board? Placement lands on Monday with associated warrants. I just didn't know if PI's had the opportunity to purchase and if so, how?
Who is entitled to purchase the shares available in the upcoming placement? And what is the process?
Surely XTR can't be in a position to have to accept a fair price offer from AA once 2MT has been achieved/declared. It must be in a position to be allowed fully explore all areas within the buy back agreement to establish bushrangers full size and overall value, with every ounce of copper identified. I don't want XTR not getting fair price for the whole of bushranger without its full volume of valuable assets identified. Could this happen, and how long would XTR have to identify the true full value bushranger including footrot.
yeah, shareholder,
Thanks
Same here, just got a 1 for 1 conversion on HL. I didn't receive any correspondence or options to do anything also. Am i missing something here??
So my take on what is being said, is that the buy out clause cannot be initiated by AA until the exploration isJORC recognized/registered (whatever the correct terminology is), even if 2MT is reached. And does it therefore follow that Colin can continue to drill and explore to his hearts content, for as long as he wants (assuming funding available) and until he is satisfied he has fully quantified the size, scale and value of the site? yes/no
Thank you all for your responses, some interesting points made for sure.
I am still wondering how long after reaching 2mt we would have to fully explore and realize the full value of the entire site. Would there be a time limit before we have to offer AA the option to buy back, meaning the full potential hadn't yet been identified. Or could exploration go on indefinitely until Colin decides he is confident the true value can be calculated (and who knows how long that could take)?
Either the true value of the site would be known (how long could that take and how long would we have to establish that?) or the true value isn't known when the offer is taken up. In the latter case is there potential for XTR to lose out long term?
I liked CaptainBob's take on this where Colin negotiates a Royalty clause for any value realised after the offer has been executed. This meaning XTR dont have to worry about fully exploring the whole site for an indefinite period and can move on in the knowledge a regular income would materialize if additional copper is found. Is this what is likely to happen?
Cheers
Thanks HZ
Good, I'd hate us to lose out on any unidentified copper through an early buy out, before full exploration and realization of the entire site
Still not sure I got an answer, or one that I understand, to my original question below. Maybe I wasn't clear enough in the question I raised. So, does the conditions of the buy out enable a scenario whereby XTR are not in a position to fully establish the total xMt before having to sell to AA because the 2Mt has been reached ( assuming it does). In this case XTR would sell on the basis of whatever tonnage had been discovered >= 2Mt, but without fully exhausting exploration and establishing the total tonnage and therefore value site. My concern is that whilst XTR will get a fair price for the establish find of 2MT or above, they wont get fair price for any tonnage on site not found before the buyout. Is there a time limit for example within which XTR need to establish the full scope of the site after 2Mt have been established?
Cheers
Original question - Can AA initiate the buy out when XTR confirm 2MT, irrespective of the potential beyond 2MT. Or can XTR fully identify the full potential beyond 2Mt (3, 4, 4+ MT) before approaching AA. Who is in the driving seat if/when 2MT is reached? AA to buy out and benefit from any unidentified T's at that point in time or XTR to fully identify total volume before approaching AA? Cheers

Thanks for your response. I certainly agree CB has his fingers in too many pies for my liking. But from such a positive outlook a few months ago to where we are now beggars belief. At best there was too much over optimisim and enthusiasm and at worst, something more sinister is afoot.
My first post on this or any other board for that matter, well this is my second now lol. I have held shares in XTR for about 2 years. I want to know why the SP has dropped and I'm well over 70% down. None of the information out there warrants such a drop IMO. Something is not right. And I don't believe people are selling up now and taking massive hits because they see this as a long term investment now and no longer a short term one.
Is going on here. Something stinks?
