Was DOR not meant to float on ASX at $0.26? its over double that now so why are we not double current SP?

None so far today, seems strange after ydays very good RNS?

I think there is a cut off date for the IPO to be subscribed to a certain level which will warrant the float happening, not sure on that date however

Circa 1mil in bank (citation:doose) and up to £630k to add to it after asx float we aren't the worst looking prospect!

I think they can only trade the CDI shares but it certainly will add liquidity and give us a extra pot of cash, once we list we wont sit around stagnating like we have been and will surely move up IMHO

Well its at the current price pretty much $0.26 is 16p, at yesterdays close it would have been equiv to $0.32 so yes it has dropped on the news I dont think it will drop further, i hope, looks a good buy in for the aussies so i cant see it failing

Yes large dilution once we list on ASX, at least its at the current SP so hopefully wont affect us too much, plus the extra trading actively on ASX will hopefully help us move up regardless!

Have you read the prospectus Doose? I know we shouldnt but you really should, and check the pages ive previously mentioned, the 50mil shares mentioned is what the overall amount will be after the listing on ASX and the CDI offer has been taken up...however thats not accounting for 14.5mil of options which will be live upon ASX listing (page 180 has the overall breakdown)

if you look on page 31 it shows how they plan to use the money from the IPO (in effect its an IPO), its mainly used for operator fees on wells and also on cost of offer and listing, they are left with between £130k and £630k to go into the current pot of cash

Not sure Doose, does look like new ones but havent fully read document Wolf i hope that is the case but they are stating the full amount of shares overall will increase after issue of the CDIs, unfortunately it does read to me as dilution albeit at current SP

Yes 100% new shares being released onto ASX, up to a further 13.4mil, i may be wrong but is that their 'pot' to play with and the movement on those will affect the company value and therefore NEX share price and vice versa?

Finally good to get something firm put in place, yes we will be diluted by potentially a further 13.4mil shares, not ideal but it wont matter if the market reacts like we are hoping it will! Its gonna be a interesting few weeks whatever happens!!

Just need the ask to drop and reduce spread and this is looking mega tempting!!
