It’s a shame Spratt, I loved that group and the information it provided and no doubt will continue to provide. There is some great people in there but also some who manage to sit above the rules that are set out.

It’s fine here to be honest, you can filter out the idiots which is a win over Telegram. A wealth of knowledge on LSE and any new pieces of information always filters through here from Telegram anyway.

Ninetopprizesof, there has indeed been an update on the LCA. Taken from the Havieron Update RNS on April 30th:

“ Water management

Hydrogeological data collection and evaluation of the LCA was significantly progressed through the quarter. An updated predictive hydrogeological model was recently completed, based on measured real time flow rates and pressure from depressurisation bore holes in the LCA. Good correlation has been observed between the updated model and real time data collected, and accordingly the model's reliability is considered high.

Pleasingly, the potentially greater volumes of water that were anticipated in October 2023 have not eventuated, meaning that the project will continue with the surface water infrastructure design as submitted in the WA Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) referral, which is for a further three evaporation ponds that are constructed and utilised in a staged manner. Opportunities to bring forward approvals for the final three evaporation ponds are being progressed, and lining materials for two evaporation ponds have already been procured.

Additional work has also allowed the identification of the optimal location for the underground decline to pass through the aquifer where the Permian layer is shallower, and the decline design is being modified accordingly. This reduces the remaining development metres required through the Permian layer.”

Dip - I did hear through people I’ve stayed in contact with that you’re no longer part of the support group. It’s a terrible shame how that ended up, it’s fair to say the group has changed. It’s not my group therefore not for me to be passing judgement upon, I just no longer wish to be part of something which doesn’t allow for debate.

Bamps - the consideration that it could affect the sale process in turn affects GGP. As there are still unknowns, I’m keeping my mind open as to what happens next, but I’d be surprised if it doesn’t shift things slightly to the right. But just my opinion.

No negatives, I just want to under further how the TSF issues implicate the timeline for us. But according to some people in the group, there is no implications and to suggest so is to been seen as negative. Dip had similar concerns but I can’t talk for him.

Telfer fiasco is the perfect description. I mentioned my concerns regarding TSF issues in the Telegram Group and how it could affect us and they were shot down in flames - it was seen to be negative. Crazy.

As Archways used to say, he laughed at people blaming MM's when its literally their job to MAKE A MARKET! The reason the SP hasn't continued to rise? No one way willing to pay more than what the highest price was. It's simple supply and demand.

Mentalmax - I'm repeating myself because its boring hearing how the price only goes down because of manipulation and up because there has a been a leak of good news - nonsense. No SP goes up in a straight line, just accept that this is normal movements rather than something sinister. Or tell yourself its the nasty people at the trading desk trying to rid you of your investment.
