All roads lead to Thursday 28th November. I'm withholding all judgement until we get an update on the tax losses. There has quite clearly been a need for an immediate fund raise which has yet to be explained. 20% really isn't bad.

This raise isn't as bad as people are making out, but the BoD need to ensure their next move is a check mate otherwise sentiment will be completely gone.

I wouldn't say its too dissimilar really. There is most certainly hype and hope this time around regarding the tax losses, albeit we are in a far more advanced position than we ever appeared to be with any JV back then.
