Why is it against regulation to share a page from Companies House? That information was there for all to see, but you'd have to go looking for it to know it exists. Again, HIGHLY convenient that it found its way in to certain hands the day after it was set up...

ShareRookie - reason it ran up was due to the Board doing a live Q&A on Telegram that evening. Share price was around 0.17p that day until they rather conveniently put leaked news of ECR Digital in to the correct hands which saw a run up in price, just in time for the Q&A.

TS, tells me they were a little afraid to face the music with the share price at 17p! But no chance someone just randomly stumbled on it the day after incorporation. Same with the Maximus story and why the pulled the plug. Yogi is mates with Doc, say no more.

Something that has been bugging me… how did someone just randomly discover the companies house page about ECR Digital? Or was the information conveniently put in to the right hands on the day of the Telegram interview knowing it would pump the share price in time for it?

Anyone else find the timing of that one a bit… strange? Similar to the Maxiumus related news story that was “discovered” on the day of the shocking Bailieston results?
