Just reading the RNS from last week and noticed this:

(1) - Included within Tim Mitchell's total holding are 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares held by his spouse.
(2) - Included withing John Reader's total holding are 3,333,791 Ordinary Shares held by his spouse.

As per the BT screenshot, V Reader dumped 3,333,320 shares as of the latest update dates 25/8/21. K Mitchell has 10m as reported.

So, has John's wife re-bought or have Sareum got it wrong?

Theres people in here who have been holding Sareum for twice as long as he's been in the industry. Think about that for a moment.

Gunner, I’m sorry but you’re way off the mark there. We grew massively without news this year, where was the cry for a RNS then stating they knew no reason of the rise? Another of mine has gone from 38p to 16p in 9 months. I’m not crying about it because I bought in at way under 1p. People buy in when they see the herd arrive, it doesn’t mean I should feel sorry for them when we consolidate, it’s just tough luck on their behalf.

How much are we up since the turn of the year Warthog? Look at the bigger picture.

I think it’s potential vs reality most of the time with these SP predictions. Could we reach the lofty heights of £60/share? I don’t know, maybe, probably not. Will we reach the lofty heights of £60/share? No, not a cat in hells chance.

WiP, Link China Solutions have a holding in Sareum as recently discovered via the Bloomberg Terminal screenshot. They added 1m as of the last update in August.

Don’t take the buy/sell print for granted. I’m not able to check right now but my money would be on it being a sell. There was strong buying going on from the open but the price didn’t increase, a delayed sell would explain that.

Been watching L2, can only assume there will be delayed sells printed in an hour or so.

Quite the acquisition.

Danny, the money men have had pants down twice this week with the missing RNS yesterday and the options exercise today. It’s a real shame but people should do better research.
