Hi Matty, I don't believe there is any involvement from JPM here. You may have taken that from the RNS snippet I posted here from another share involving them and Peel Hunt. Regarding the likely hood of recouping your losses in case of consolidation, all price movement should in theory be relative as the MCAP doesn't change.
