As Shaun alluded to at the Town Hall, he believed NCM likely didn't take the 5% as it was their intention to snap us up on the cheap - SB and the others at NCM never saw us pulling such an excellent funding package out of the bag. After Friday we, providing we see the resolutions pass, become off limits with regards to a cheap takeover/purchase of Havieron. It genuinely has nothing to do with them justifying the cost of the 5% - there was bigger games at play, but Shaun pulled out an Ace.

Its pretty much their last chance... Now that would put the cat amongst the pigeons.
