In my opinion, and based on what we know since the scheme booklet was made public, they refused the 5% because it would have implied a higher valuation of Havieron and in turn, GGP. Only problem for NCM, as you rightfully say, was they were blindsided by SD/Wyloo. They’ve tried every trick in the book to take us out of the cheap, and might as well just give up now.
