This guy is a big deal and has come from being vice president of HUGE company based in India, it finally seems the current bod have admitted to themselves they are out of their depth in India, he is perfect to help grow KOOVS as he is on the ground in the country we are doing business

Why on earth this appointment has not been announced to the market is beyond me, it's as though koovs themselves are trying to suppress the share price on purpose for some reason?

Imo he has basically replaced Mary Turner but they are keeping her on as she takes no salary and this way she keeps her share options....

The main issue currently with koovs is they effectively extended the deadline for the funding with the new deal so therefore extended how long we have to wait for a decent share price..... As they say... All good things come to those who wait....

The reason it would be 15p currently is because if flf don't complete on the 28p CCPS's then we get half of the 8p placing shares back giving their remaining 8p shares a rerate to 15p average.

Kong, you should probably read some of my recent postings, i have been critical of management here, they are out of their depth(especially the cfo) with that said Biyani will not suffer these fools for long, i also believe flf are lining this up to buy us out, flf have a plan of making a trillion dollar company and they will not do this by owning bits and pieces of companies, they will want all of koovs, currently if they were to offer a buy out before completing on the 28p CCPS's then it it would be a minimum of 15p per share, once the first tranche off CCPS's complete at 28p per share that then sets the minimum buy out at 28p per share.... Biyani currently has 10 million of flf share holders money in here and they will not right that off.... He simply cannot have a failure here.... He has a reputation!!

The issue here is that the price is dictated by tin pot traders buying and selling tiny amounts but causing massive fluctuations

The thing to remember is the main men are still holding their shares and one of them is due to buy a load more at 28p

The two main holders are Lord Waheed Alli Kishore Biyani - Amazon are desperately trying to buy a part of Kishore Biyani led Future Group.... That tells you all you need to know about Biyani

Its a frustrating share for sure but imagine selling now and then all the news starts to flow... The company is in growth mode and thats a fact!

Its taking longer than i hoped but i will not be selling up at these silly levels
