Flf have an average of about 13.5p across their 2 tranches..... Cheapest buy out offer in the next 12 months would be 15p (that wouldnt be accepted either)

12 month offer 20p to 30p

24 months offer 40p to 50p

All imo of course

Both offers would be of interest to me...

Lets not forget mary turner has 12 million share options at 17p

Pascha being a business owner yourself you will know that if your business is in trouble and you go asking for money the investors will be wanting a "deal", the investors base their offer on risk/reward and also what value they they themselves add (the more they add the better the deal they want i.e lower price per share)....
In my mind koovs couldnt buy what flf are bringing to the table so for flf to be paying 15p it says to me that flf see the value of koovs way above 15p, why would they pay it otherwise?? for them 15p is their idea of getting a "deal"...

Once they have the 15p shares im seeing koovs releasing enough news for a quick rerate to around 15p as flf have share holders to answer to and Biyani wint want to look a mug...
