I can honestly say i hope ruffer have sold and we find out soon.... Sick to death of hewring about it like its a big thing.... Its nothing as they only hold a few more than me.

March - we get confirmation of Biyani buying his shares

March/April - we get news which warrants a rerate to minimum of 15p

Dec - koovs closes 2019 with a minimum share price of 30p....quite possibly higher

Ask paul scott about when he sold asos at 16p because he didnt have enough patience... Not having patience can be just as reckless... He made 20k instead of 23 million lol!

A subscription agreement is an agreement for the company to sell a set amount of shares at an agreed price...

If the agreement was outside of the tolerance they previously stated then koovs would legally have to update the market immediately.....

Flf ARE PAYING 15P AND THATS THAT

Regards this forced flf take over that is constantly mentioned..... Flf do not own enough shares for a start.... The only chance they had of a cheap buy out was lst year when the price was 5p but there is a reason that never happend.....

There is one slight issue with old paschas theory on Biyani trying to take koovs on the cheap....

Biyani actually put in 6 million at 10p while other institutions and Ali put in 12 million at 15p....do you think they put in 12 million just to get sold down the river cheap within 12 months?? NOPE!! It just wont happen!!

You can clearly see that the dates change year on year and january has not always had and trading update....

Got to be some kind of figures and a forward looking statement coming soon..... And in my opinion it will be way ahead of what the market is expecting.

Basically the link you have provided confirms ruffer own 5.5 million shares, we confirmed this weeks ago matt, its worded by you as though to make people think ruffer have further reduced though.

The best thing for anyone who wants to keep up to date with large holders is to check the official koovs website, the major holders are released updated quarterly.

What seriously? You could find no evidence of short selling on a website that doesn't list koovs on its website?! Im stumped by that tbh....

Koovs is not listed on shorttracker.co.uk, therefore trying to find out the short position on koovs via shorttracker is impossible... And to suggest there is no short positions open based on this is wrong.
