Hi Rohan. No I haven’t bought either yet, just been watching. I like the look of SHI but then I’ve always been a fan of house builders and they are linked. I’ll probably head back to house builders once I make some and they give back the divs.

What’s are you thinking. Is this a tree shake anyone?

Hi Jm. How are you feeling about NRR today? I'm guessing you charted it? I think you said it needed to close above 72 which it clearly did.

I have another interesting one for you to look at too, SIG. I've been watching for a while and traded it once. Its massively undervalued still. The building trade could fair reasonably well during the next impeding recession.

It says they are allowed to open next week in Jersey. Could have been a good trial period before they all open. I'm sure there is a very good reason.

I’ve been trying to sell some on the highs and buy back on the dips. But it’s only to add more shares for me. It was much easier when this was in the 50s and 60s though. Yesterday I sold some on the high to buy back this morning lower, but I couldn’t get the price I wanted so missed out.

Morning. Yeah I’ve been watching NRR for a few days now and I can see the massive potential there. But I’m all in here at the moment. Maybe it’s not the safest to have everything in here but I have the time to watch the market at the moment. They’ve had 3 good days now. I did think about moving some over but I’ve lost out jumping around before. Been watching SMWH too.

Be good to know what the charts are saying on here at the end of the day though. Thanks

I think we need to remember it’s a long time until we open and there will be so much more information coming out about this disease in that time. People are working around the clock to learn as much as they can about it and a few weeks is a long time here. We could be in a completely different place with this soon. They are not even sure it’s airborne yet? Yeah I’m sure if an infected person sneezes on someone else then there is a good chance. Or if someone sneezes on theirs hands and touches something metal, then 5 minutes later another person touches that then theres a good chance it can be transferred. .But that person would then need to touch their mouth. Again this is not confirmed yet either. But people in general are more respectful and are fully aware of what they have to do if they are feeling Ill. People naturally distance themselves, they wash their hands, don’t touch their faces etc. We could try and second guess it all but at the end of the day we know the BOD will have a very safe environment for staff and customers to watch great films in.
