I’m confident Q1 results will, once again, catapult this share to the next level based on core performance alone. Come 2027 I’m sure a few will be saying “remember when we had the chance to get in at 420p” 😉
Any surprise announcements will be bonus…
The correction will occur if Turbo T fails to execute the plan shared at the CMD. Business updates will ultimately determine the momentum, and it appears optimistic to me, with clear skies ahead, barring any external macroeconomic disruptions (which also seem positive). Considering the execution of the transformation/efficiency plan, significantly enhanced margins, and the projects in the pipeline, I estimate a valuation range of £7-£12 by February 2027. Resistance points yes. Corrections, no. DYOR IMO.
In the past, the stock price has consistently risen after such upgrades or news before stabilising at a new level.
It's still early to tell; we'll have to observe how the momentum from macroeconomic factors and upgrades influences our trajectory.
As far as I can tell, the only factual statement in that article is:
“But in last week’s Budget, it emerged the selection has now been pushed back to June at the very earliest.”
The rest is speculation IMO.
This has already been announced and absorbed by the market.
Who knows, the delay may result in other contracts being prioritised….
