Decided not to bother now after having a think about it but interested where this will end up as I wasted 4 months investing in CUP. I think after the company has sold off the casual which was generating 3/5th of the profit this now leaves a top SP of 1.00 if it was whiter that white but its not. All the good news has been as the SP didn't move. If you have broken even or made a small profit I would get out of here. Journalist will be still trying to dig up more dirt on CUP and the companies response to Panorama IMO says there is more to come. Get into Lloyds if you want to make some money its slowly moving up and you have a very good long term chance to double/triple your money.

Yes but why didn't they use a lot stronger words to defend CUP against her accusations? If somebody was accusing my business of being fraudulent and conning people out of money I'd be seeing them in court.

Didn't realise you had sun in Scotland. I don't believe everything I read or watch either and I can find plenty of excuses and reasons for fake profiles but I can't find any for the journalist being offered a job, I wouldn't be surprised if she actually took the job or at least recorded the interview.

QE, on what grounds could the Ukrainian reporter take CUP to court? I doubt she is invested in the company and has not lost out financially, so I can't see any grounds for her to file a court case and its down to CUP to take her and the BBC on if what she says has no truth in it. Do you really think what she is saying is a total fabrication? CUP were very careful with their words about the journalist in their latest statement when they said she was '"wholly incorrect" I don't think we have heard the last of this story and thats why I'm out for now.

No I'm being serious, we knew this was coming and thats why I sold out friday, this leaves a huge uncertainty about CUP now and having watched the show again its anybodies guess whats going to happen next. You can only base your decisions on the information presented before you. Why did you not sell on friday QE knowing you would be able to buy back in cheaper?
